QUESTION: How can we get the knowledge, skills and confidence into the hands of those who will benefit the most?

ANSWER: Work with me.

Women need opportunities that create spaces of awareness and support.

Opportunities to hear our stories and struggles mirrored back to us.

And we need the knowledge, skills, courage and confidence it will take to change the world and create positive legacies.

No more saying:

~ “I wish someone would do something about [fill in the blank].”

~ “Our group/team/organization really needs to leads from within, but I don’t know where to start…”

~ “Look at her go. I need to be a better example to my daughter/younger female friend/cousin, etc. I am capable of more.”

~ “Man, I’m jealous. I would love to be more intentional about helping make real positive change happen.”

~ “Oh, I can’t say that...I would be written up / admonished / demoted / passed over for promotion / fired / shunned.”

~I have a message that is worthy of that stage; too bad I never get to share it.  Women just don’t get the chances men do...”

Why is this so important to me?

Well...

I have been given gifts, and I want to share them with women+ and their allies around the world.

Here is just a short list of what I bring to the table to work with and inspire women+ (and allies) in their journey toward Transformation and Empowerment thru Expression.

I bring who I am to what I do, and how I do it.

All services are priced in consultation with clients, so TBD.

I now want to beg you to write for Lean In every month! This article is so interesting, so funny, so relevant, so well researched, (you didn’t really know the origins of all those words just on the top of your head did you?), so right on with your message. It’s so freaking perfect!!! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! I can’t wait to share it.

Keynotes and other Speaking Engagements (online)

The bulk of my time is spent crafting 30-, 45 - 60 - 90-minute keynotes for a variety of needs (events, conferences, launches, standing up new programmes, etc.), based on my current speaking topics, the latest research, and the specific needs of your organization & audience.

NOTE: I am booked well into 2022, and I require at least 6 weeks “run up” time before every event.

LET'S SPEAK!

Dr Dee is a wonderful collaborator and speaker. We partnered together for a workshop on "Psychologically Safe Disruptive Thinking" for the Breaking The Glass community.

She was dynamic, engaging, and informative.

I highly recommend working with her on programming!

Consulting & Group Coaching (online)

Trying to figure out what direction is best for your organization’s support of women+?  Imagining building out a coaching, mentoring, or networking program for increasing real community, leadership and self-advocacy platforms for women+?  Wanting to start authentic and powerful conversations that lead to true transformative potential?  Trying to figure out how to develop people and transfer knowledge between individuals and groups?

Working with the newest research, strategies, skills; innovating for new approaches; and leaning on and leading from my extensive background training, experience and expertise, I come to the table prepared.  You might just be amazed what we can dream up together and make happen!

LET'S CONSULT!

Dr Dee was an incredible facilitator, not once but twice for my organization. Both workshops exceeded everyone's expectations. The presentation was thought-provoking and organically morphed into a powerful group discussion following the presentation. The group was moved, and many were brought to tears. Dr Dee guided us through the exercises and challenged us to dig deep, resulting in everyone fully engaged in the presentation. If given the opportunity to work with Dr Dee, I highly recommend it. What an eye-opening experience and something that every woman should participate in.

Facilitating (online)

Having a professional facilitator (like me) come in and “do my thing” is great - but what might change if everybody had a base set of facilitation skills that they could use whenever and wherever they needed them? Think about your organization - what would change in meetings, teams, planning sessions? Whichever direction you choose to go, my vast experience, coaching, educational, and mediation skills (not to mention innovative and humorous approach) gets results.

Facilitation Skill?
It’s the gift that keeps on giving!

Dr. Dee, thank you for sharing your expertise with the NXP Women’s Leadership Team and EQUAL LGBTQ groups today! Your presentation on “Foundations of Effective Facilitation” provided us with useful tools that we can all start using immediately. I look forward to hearing you speak again in the future, and can’t wait for your new book to come out!
